
Property of the week
I don't know what the write up of this apartment is going to be but it should be something along the lines of: "After a 15 minute walk home from your office you can lord it over the peasants below, trudging along on their arduous journey home on Auckland's congested motorways while you sip from a glass of wine on one of your 3 balconies, heck, why bother with the glass? Drink straight from the bottle, you deserve it...." Maybe I should just stick to the photography.

This weeks property of the week could only be this beautiful 416sqm home in Epsom, complete with spa pool, snooker room and table, oh, and a tennis court. Whilst the lack of any furniture (with the exception of the snooker table) should have made it less interesting to photograph the grounds and internal architectual features made it a joy. Believe it or not this isn't for sale but available for rent through Auckland Property Management.

This weeks property of the week, being at the top of Grafton Road, was all about the view. So it seemed only natural to shoot it just after the sun set.

I get to photograph a lot of places that have been freshly renovated before going on the market and usually the vendor sticks with a rather white colour palate. It's easy to understand why as it gives prospective buyers the opportunity to stamp their own style on it if they end up purchasing the place. So it was quite a treat to walk into this freshly renovated apartment in the historic Guardian building on Queen St in the CDB and see lots of yellow splashed around, there's n
